◾️Ingredients
- 3 g matcha (e.g., Matsukaze, Sasamidori, Shihonokaori, Ogurayama) (Using matcha for the tea ceremony is recommended)
- Lukewarm water
- 350 cc beer (approximately 1 can)
◾️Directions
- Warm up the tea whisk with hot water. Cool the beer glass before preparation.
- Put 3 g of matcha into a little bit of lukewarm water and mix with the whisk. Using a tea strainer when adding the matcha will make it easier to mix without creating lumps.
- Put it into the glass cup, slowly add more beer and mix.
- Add the remaining beer.
